Therefore, this will help you explore innovative ways to great sustainable and resilient family times.

This is a flexible programme because of its “life stages” element. It is also a challenging programme that will allow couples explore their individual wellbeing needs within the context of being a couple. The programme is divided into 2-parts because all couples are different and have different degrees of lifestyle challenges.
