Pure Body Fix® Terms and Conditions

Payments

Payment for treatments can be made by one of the following ways:

  • Cash
  • Credit/debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Pre-paid phone payment by credit/debit card
  • A Massage Spa or Pure Body Fix® voucher

Cancellation Policy.

If you know you’re going to be late for an appointment, call us as soon as you know.  If you are late for your appointment then your time will be limited, but you will still be charged for the full price. If you miss your appointment without contacting us first, you will still be charged. If you cancel your appointment within the 24-hour period before your appointment you are still liable for the cost.

Changes to your Appointment

We understand that you may need to change your appointments occasionally. We are happy to change, postpone or cancel your appointment if you give more than 24 hours’ notice. You can do this by one of the following methods:

  • through our online booking system/app
  • phone
  • by email to: info@purebodyfix.com.

Therapist Availability

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the therapist/coach booked will be available. However, if due to reasons beyond our control your therapist/coach isn’t available for your appointment, we will:

  • notify you via phone or text message, or;
  • offer you the option to either see an alternative therapist/coach, or;
  • re-schedule your appointment, or;
  • cancel your appointment.

Under 18 or Vulnerable clients

We can treat under 18 or Vulnerable clients subject to a parent, guardian, or care-worker being in attendance who is legally authorised to consent to the treatment.

Privacy Notice

Pure Body Fix® takes your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal information to provide your treatments or services and to administer your bookings. All client information held by us is confidential.

We store your data digitally on a secure server and do not share with third parties. This information is kept for a minimum of five years after your last treatment as specified by our insurers. Your data will be erased after this period.

You can subscribe or unsubscribe from our regular newsletter at any time.

For a small administrative fee, you can instruct us to provide you with any personal information that we hold about you. The fee is currently £15 and may change from time to time. The request can be made by sending an email to: info@purebodyfix.com. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal data.

The Massage Spa reserves the right to amend or update our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in accordance with current regulations.

Exclusion of Associates

These terms and conditions apply solely to clients of Pure Body Fix®. They do not apply to independent professionals, contractors, or associates who rent space or provide services under their own business at our premises.

To ensure clarity you therapist / coach should make it clear that they are working independently and in accordance with their own terms and conditions.

Payments

Pay As You Go

You can pay for a single treatment or consultation at the full price at the end of each visit.

Discounted Packages

You can opt to pay for 3 treatments at a time for a discounted price. Payment is made at the time of the first treatment of the package. The remaining 2 treatments must be booked within six months of the package purchase. Packages can be amended for different treatments if required. This may be subject to an amended fee, but no refunds can be made on part used packages. Packages are non-transferable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for all Pure Body Fix® massage treatments. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers can be purchased either in person from The Pure Body Fix® Wellbeing Centre, or via email. Vouchers purchased via email are activated once payment has been received by bank transfer.

Client Consultation

At the beginning of every treatment, your therapist will carry out a short consultation. We collect this information:

  • to ensure that the massage is safe for you and there are no contraindications.
  • to enable your therapist to carry out the treatment specific to your needs.
  • to help provide you with specific aftercare advice.

You will be asked to read the information at the bottom of the consultation form and sign it to give your therapist consent to carry out your treatment. Your therapist will not treat you if you refuse to sign the consent form or give the information needed to carry out your treatment.

Client Etiquette

Pure Body Fix® has zero tolerance for inappropriate behaviour. If any client exhibits any inappropriate behaviour, they will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds will be given.

Our therapists ensure that the highest standards of hygiene are observed. We reserve the right to refuse to treat any client if we believe their personal hygiene will impact on the quality of the treatment or risk the therapist’s health.

We will not treat any client with a fever or knowingly has an infectious disease.

Scope of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process with an ongoing professional relationship between the Client and Coach. The coaching experience supports you in establishing new behaviours and/or change. The coaching relationship is strengths-based, forward-looking, and collaborative.

The coaching agenda is developed and implemented in partnership between you and the Coach. The role of the Coach is to help you progress toward achieving the agreed goals. Nutrition & health coaching is not therapy, counselling, or consulting.

Coaching Session Procedures

Coaching sessions can be in person or via an online meeting application. You agree to adhere to the appointment times set out in the coaching agreement.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the Coach will assume that the appointment is cancelled, and you will be responsible for the full coaching fee. If the Coach is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, then you may assume that the session is cancelled, and you will not be responsible for any payment for that session.

Coaching Fees

Fees are payable prior to the coaching services being provided. Payment plans are also available with staged payment dates.

If you wish to terminate the relationship prior to the term of the package, at least 7 days advance notice is required for a full refund of remaining sessions.

On signing the coaching agreement, you will be sent an invoice for the chosen Coaching Package via email.

Booking and Payment

Full payment is required to secure your place and when you book, we will send you an invoice via email. Your place will be confirmed as soon as we receive your payment.

All payments are non-refundable unless the webinar or workshop is cancelled by Pure Body Fix®.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds for non-attendance but may offer a place on a future workshop at our discretion.

If we need to cancel or reschedule the webinar or workshop, we will offer you a full refund or a place on a future webinar or workshop.

Webinar or Workshop Access

Access to online webinar or workshop materials, links, or recordings (if applicable) is granted solely to the person who has registered and paid.

Sharing of links or materials without permission is prohibited.

Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and suitable device to access the online for online webinars or workshops. We are not responsible for missed content due to technical issues on your end.

Code of Conduct

Please participate respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the webinar or workshop without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, including recordings, slides, or handouts, are the intellectual property of Pure Body Fix® and may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without permission.

Our webinars and workshops are designed for educational and wellbeing purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult an appropriate professional for personal concerns.

Purpose

The free discovery call is offered to help you learn about our wellbeing services and determine if they are a good fit for your needs. It is not a coaching, therapy, or medical consultation session.

Duration

The call will last up to [20/30/45] minutes, depending on the slot booked.

Eligibility

The free discovery call is available to new potential clients only. Each person is entitled to one free discovery call.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls without notice may not be rescheduled.

No Obligation

There is no obligation to purchase any services after the discovery call.

Confidentiality

All information shared during the discovery call will be kept confidential, in line with our privacy policy.

Limitations

The discovery call is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide professional advice on mental or physical health conditions. For urgent health concerns, please contact a qualified healthcare provider.

Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline or end the call if we believe the request is outside the scope of our services or if the discussion becomes inappropriate.
